Pricing & Minimums
Our minimum is 36 pieces per order. That minimum applies to the total quantity across all sizes in a design — not per size. So 10 smalls, 14 mediums, and 12 larges all counting the same design would meet the minimum.
Screen printing pricing depends on three things: the number of garments, the number of print colors in your design, and the garment style itself. More pieces and fewer colors means a lower per-piece cost. We give you a full itemized quote upfront — garment cost, screen setup fee, print cost per piece, and delivery. No line items you did not expect.
Yes. There is a one-time screen setup fee per color in your design. Each color in the artwork requires its own screen. Setup fees are included in your quote. If you reorder the exact same design with no changes, we can reuse the screens and the setup fee is reduced or waived depending on how long it has been since the original run.
Yes. Per-piece pricing drops as quantity goes up. The bigger the run, the better the unit cost. We factor this into your quote automatically — you will see the pricing difference reflected in what we send over.
We do not offer free blank samples, but you can order from our catalog and we can advise on which blanks work best for your specific print. If you have questions about how a garment feels or fits, ask and we will tell you what we know from running it.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from the date your proof is approved and your order is confirmed. Business days means Monday through Friday, not counting weekends or federal holidays. The clock starts when you approve the proof — not when you submit the quote request.
Yes, we take rush orders depending on our current production schedule. Rush orders are available for orders needed in fewer than 10 business days. Rush jobs carry an additional fee and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis based on press availability. Reach out and tell us your deadline — we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
A few things can add time to a standard order: artwork that needs significant revisions before it can be approved, back-and-forth on proof changes, missing order information at submission, or a particularly large run that requires additional press time. We flag anything that might push the timeline before it becomes a problem.
The 10 to 14 business day clock starts the day you approve your digital proof and we confirm your order is in production. If artwork revisions are needed or we are waiting on final order details, the clock has not started yet. We will always give you a clear production start date when everything is locked in.
How to Submit Artwork
The best formats to send are AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or high-resolution PDF with vector artwork. SVG also works. If your design is raster (a photo or image-based design), send it as a PNG or PSD at least 300 DPI at print size. The most common issue we see is low-resolution files that look fine on a screen but cannot actually be printed cleanly.
We will let you know what needs to be fixed and what your options are. For simple artwork cleanup or color separation we may be able to handle it in-house for a small prep fee. For full artwork creation, we can refer you to a designer or you can provide the artwork yourself. We will not run a job where the artwork is going to produce a bad result.
There is no hard cap, but each color adds a screen setup cost and slows down the print run. Most designs look great at 1 to 4 colors. Designs with 6 or more colors start to get expensive quickly and may benefit from a different printing method. We will flag this in the quote if it applies.
You do not have to, but it helps. Sending a vector file with each ink color on its own layer speeds up our file prep and reduces the chance of any interpretation issues. If you send a file where it is not obvious what is what, we will ask before we assume.
Gradients and photo-style artwork can be printed using a technique called simulated process or halftone printing. This is possible but has a higher color count, costs more, and requires high-quality artwork to look good. We will advise you on whether it is the right approach for your specific design.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We offer free delivery within St. Petersburg. For orders going to Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, and surrounding Pinellas County areas, we offer flat-rate delivery. Tampa delivery is also available. Just let us know your location when you request a quote and we will include the delivery cost.
Yes, pickup is available by arrangement. We do not have a walk-in retail front, so pickups are scheduled in advance. When your order is complete, we will coordinate a time that works.
Yes. We ship anywhere in the US via UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost depends on order size, weight, and destination. We include the estimated shipping cost in your quote so there are no surprises.
Orders are folded and packed in poly bags, then boxed for shipping or delivery. If you have specific packaging requirements — individual poly bags per piece, specific fold, tags, etc. — let us know when you submit your order and we will accommodate where we can.
Screen Printing vs Other Methods
Screen printing is a process where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the fabric using a squeegee. Each color in the design gets its own screen. The result is a thick, vibrant, durable print that does not crack, fade, or peel the way heat transfer or DTG prints can. For orders of 36 or more pieces, screen printing is almost always the best combination of quality, durability, and cost.
DTG is an inkjet printing process that prints directly onto the fabric like a printer on paper. It is great for very small runs or photographic full-color designs. The downsides are that it is more expensive per piece at volume, the colors are not as vivid on dark garments, and the print does not last as long as screen printing. For orders of 36 or more pieces, screen printing is almost always the better choice in terms of cost, vibrancy, and longevity.
Standard heat transfers — vinyl and gang-sheet transfers — are faster and cheaper to set up, but the results are noticeably different. Transfers tend to feel plasticky, crack over time, and the edges peel after repeated washing. Screen printing bonds the ink to the actual fabric, so it does not peel, does not crack, and holds up far better over time. For branded merchandise or anything your customers or team are going to wear repeatedly, screen printing is worth it.
We specialize in screen printing and do not currently offer embroidery in-house. If embroidery is what you need, we can point you in the right direction.
Bringing Your Own Blanks
Yes, we accept customer-supplied blanks. If you already have garments you want printed, you can bring them to us. There are a few things to know: the 36-piece minimum still applies, we are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments during printing (screen printing involves heat and pressure, and some garments are not suitable), and we will need to see the garments before confirming they are printable. Synthetic fabrics and some performance materials can cause issues.
Yes. If you supply your own garments, the per-piece cost is adjusted since we are not sourcing the blanks. You will receive a quote that reflects print cost only plus screen setup. We will provide the updated pricing when you reach out.
We take care with every order, but screen printing involves heat, pressure, and ink, and some garments are more fragile or sensitive than others. We are not liable for damage to customer-supplied blanks during the printing process. If we evaluate your garments upfront and see a potential issue, we will tell you before anything goes on the press.
