Need printed shirts sooner than our standard schedule? Send us the date and time you need them in hand, along with the garments, quantity, and artwork. We will check the job and confirm whether we can take it on.
At Imprint, rush screen printing is accepted only after we confirm availability, your deadline, and the rush fee. A quote request is a request to check the schedule. Same-day or next-day completion is not a standard promise.
Start with the handoff time, not just the event date
“The event is Saturday” can leave out an important detail. You may need shirts for a Friday setup, an early staff briefing, or a trip out of town. Tell us when the order needs to reach you, not only when the event starts.
Our standard screen printing turnaround is 10–14 business days after mockup approval and payment. Sending artwork or requesting a quote does not start that production window. If you need an earlier date, we need to review and agree to that shorter schedule.
Send the details together
A clear first message lets us assess the request without guessing what still needs to be decided. Include:
In-hand deadline: the date, time, and where the order needs to be.
Quantity and sizes: a breakdown for each garment style and color.
Garments: the brand and style if known, plus any acceptable alternatives.
Artwork: the best original files you have, with front, back, and sleeve placements identified.
Approval contact: the person who can check the mockup and confirm the details.
A complete message might look like this:
We need 48 black tees in hand by Friday at 3 p.m. for a Saturday event in St. Pete. The design has two colors on the front and one on the back. Artwork and the size breakdown are attached. We can consider another tee style if our first choice is unavailable. Please confirm whether the deadline works and include any rush fee.
If you do not have a detail yet, say so. A missing size list, unfinished artwork, or an undecided garment can affect what we can confirm.
What we check before accepting a rush job
We review garment availability, artwork readiness, the print setup, and the production schedule together. A simple-looking design is not enough on its own to guarantee a short turnaround. The actual item, print locations, and other jobs already scheduled matter too.
Our screen printing minimum remains 36 pieces per design. A rush request does not change that minimum. If you need fewer pieces, we can review DTF apparel printing and confirm its price and timing separately.
Tell us if you are flexible about garment style, color, or print details. Any alternative goes into the quote and mockup for you to review.
Confirm the total and the handoff plan
Check the complete quote, including the rush fee and agreed schedule, before you approve it.
Keep the final garment list, artwork, approved mockup, payment, and agreed completion date together. If you change the quantity, design, or garment afterward, ask us to check the timing again.
Imprint does not have a walk-in storefront; pickup is by arrangement. We offer free delivery within St. Pete. For a rush order, confirm the pickup or delivery time with us as part of the deadline discussion.
