Ordering custom apparel in Pinellas County

You can start an apparel order with Imprint without planning a visit to a shop. We are based in St. Petersburg and do not have a walk-in storefront. Send us the order details, review the digital mockup, and confirm how the finished pieces will reach you.

If you are ordering from Clearwater, Largo or another part of Pinellas County, include your destination and the date you need the order in hand. Those details help us plan the handoff along with the printing.

Start with one clear order summary

You do not need to choose every detail before asking for help. Tell us what is decided and what you want us to review.

• The use: staff apparel, an event, retail merch or another project.

• The pieces: garment styles, colors, quantities and sizes, if selected.

• The artwork: the design files and requested print or stitch locations.

• The destination: the area where you need the order and your preferred handoff option.

• The date: when the finished garments need to be with you.

For example: “We are in Clearwater and need 48 navy tees with the same front logo. Our size list and artwork are attached. We need them by [date]. Please confirm the garment options, printing method and shipping arrangement.”

That is an example request, not a quoted job. If you are unsure about the garments or quantities, say so. We can review the options from the information you have.

Choose the method with the garment and artwork

We offer screen printing, DTF printing applied to apparel, and embroidery for hats, polos and crew apparel. We will review the design, garment, placement and quantity before confirming the method and price.

The screen printing minimum is 36 pieces per design. Different garment styles or colors may be able to share a group when the actual print setup is compatible. Send the full combination so we can check it. The screen printing minimum does not describe every decoration method.

Review the mockup before giving approval

Choose one person to gather feedback and send the final approval. Forward the same mockup to anyone who needs to check it, then return one set of changes. If a new version is sent, review that version before approving.

A useful approval check:

• Is the correct design shown, including small lettering and contact details?

• Are the artwork colors, requested size and placement right?

• Do the garment style and color match your order?

• Does the order summary have the agreed quantities and size breakdown?

• Has the person responsible for approval seen the final version?

Use the size information for the chosen garment to make fit decisions. If you need help understanding an item, ask before approving the order. A digital artwork review is one part of choosing the finished garment.

Confirm pickup, delivery or shipping with the quote

We offer free delivery in St. Petersburg. For Clearwater, Largo and other destinations outside St. Pete, ask us to confirm the available fulfillment arrangement and its cost for your order. A Pinellas County address does not automatically mean free delivery.

Pickup is by arrangement. Contact us before planning the trip so we can agree on the handoff. If the order is being shipped, confirm the destination and any receiving requirements, such as a business name or a location that accepts packages only at certain times.

For an event, leave time between receiving the garments and handing them out. If another person will collect or receive the order, make that part of the plan.

Separate preparation, production and getting it to you

Standard screen printing production is 10–14 business days after mockup approval and payment. The first message starts the conversation; choosing garments, confirming artwork and getting approval happen before that production window.

Share a fixed deadline at the start. We will review the full schedule, including fulfillment. If you need a rush, availability, the completion date and any rush fee must be confirmed before you rely on the shorter schedule. Timing for DTF or embroidery is confirmed with that order.
